Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1 28 oz bag frozen tater tots
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Brown ground beef in olive oil. Add onion and cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Mix in cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and milk. Simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in 1 cup cheese.
  • Spread beef mixture in a 9x13 baking dish. Top with tater tots and remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let sit for 5 minutes, garnish, and serve warm.
