Ingredients
  

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup diced ham
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Grease ramekins and divide ham, veggies, and cheese among them.
  • Crack one egg into each ramekin and add a splash of cream. Season with salt and pepper.
