  • cup buffalo sauce your favorite brand
  • 1 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 8 large lettuce leaves butter, iceberg, or romaine work well
  • ¼ cup diced celery
  • ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese or shredded mozzarella optional
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing for drizzling

Instructions
 

Prepare the Buffalo Chicken:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, melted butter, and garlic powder. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated.

Assemble the Wraps:

  • Lay out the lettuce leaves on a serving platter or individual plates.
