Ingredients
  

  • 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 4 large whole wheat or spinach tortillas
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • ½ cup creamy ranch dressing store-bought or homemade

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken

  • Pat the chicken breasts dry and rub with olive oil. Season both sides with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Grill the Chicken

  • Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.

Assemble the Wraps

  • Lay a tortilla flat and layer with romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheese, and sliced chicken. Drizzle with creamy ranch dressing.

Wrap and Serve

  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap. Slice in half and serve immediately.
