- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 package 5.2 oz Boursin cheese (Garlic & Fine Herbs or your preferred flavor)
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Prepare the Chicken:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Using a sharp knife, cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast, being careful not to slice all the way through.
Make the Filling:
In a small mixing bowl, combine the Boursin cheese, mozzarella cheese, and fresh parsley. Mix until smooth.
Season the Chicken:
Rub the outside of each chicken breast with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Cook the Chicken:

Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the tops.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Optional Sear and Bake Method:
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken breasts for 2–3 minutes per side until golden. Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle with Parmesan, and bake for 20–25 minutes.
